1) Check the dates you require are available with the availability calendar. Booking/ Reservation is required 4 weeks in advance. We can consider a late booking subject to availability.

2) Please contact us by email, stating the dates that you wish to stay at the house for. We will return your email with a quotation. Email: roy@strathspeycottage.co.uk

3) Print and fill in the Booking Form and return to us by post.

4) Pay reservation deposit

5) Pay balance by 4 weeks prior to entering Aspen.

6) enjoy your holiday!

Payment in full is required 4 weeks before entry to the house. We will ask for the reservation deposit to be paid as a separate transaction from the balance of the rest of the payment.

Payment is by either:

1. We can accept banker's draft or wire transfers, the fees to be paid by the Renter.

2. We can accept UK cheques

3. We can accept PAYPAL, the fees to be paid by the renter.  We advise you to look at the PAYPAL website to find out the charges if you wish to pay by this method.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation costs : over 56 days – deposit; 56 – 28 days- deposit plus 50% of the rental; 28 days or less – deposit plus full rental; we advise that you have appropriate insurance cover; departure time 11am
