The house is located in Kincraig, which is a small highland village about halfway between Kingussie and Aviemore. 

The Cairngorm mountains are about 5 to 10 miles away.

Aviemore is about 10 minutes drive.

Kincraig is just off the B9152 which runs parallel to the A9 between Kingussie (5 miles) and Aviemore (7 miles).
